    No experience necessary. Drums and percussion instruments provided. Feel free to bring your own hand drum. Fun for everyone. Recommended children be 8 and up. Community Drum Circles are safe and welcoming places where you can express yourself freely, communicate authentically without words and feel the support of a community of like-minded people.

    Stay and Play-this is one of Parent Link’s most popular program because families can enjoy some unstructured play time together in our playroom!! Enjoy this time to interact with families and allow your children to bond with others. Bridging The Gap is for our 10 families that have signed up for a great program collaborating with the Hinton Library.The link will be 10 seniors and 10 families building a bond together while doing story times, crafts, sing a longs and much more!! The sessions will be from January till May.

    Join us in the centre for stay and play, great time to bond and build relationships with your child. Parent Time out is an hour of interactive discussions around parent support. There will be a different topic each time. Topics will range from parenting tips, meal planning, fitness and much more. No sign up required.

    Stay and Play-this is one of Parent Link’s most popular program because families can enjoy some unstructured play time together in our playroom!! Enjoy this time to interact with families and allow your children to bond with others. Baby Rhyme Time- An early language development program of songs, finger-plays and rhymes for parents/caregivers with 0 to 2 year olds. An interactive session designed to enhance bonding of the key child-adult relationship, promote early childhood development, begin literacy skills, meet other peers and especially have lots of fun. Are you interested in learning sign? This is the program for you! We will be learning basic baby sign through images, song, and discussion.

    Join us for a session on Supporting Fatherhood, facilitated by Trevor Haas. Dad's play an important role in a child's life and they do not get that bonding time like Mother's do in the first initial stages of the child's life. The session is to give dad tips to help them increase in their parenting to give them confidence and promote positive parenting with their child(ren). Please sign up. Children unaccompanied by an adult will not be admitted to this swim.

    Our Bouldering Wall is open for public drop-in to a max. of 14 participants on a first-come/first-serve basis. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult, to a ratio of 1 adult/4 children. Enjoy the same great activity at a reduced price!

    Adult Drop-In Hockey: 18+. Full equipment is mandatory.

    This is a fun swim; large toys will vary depending on season. All swimmers wanting to use the deep end must demonstrate competency to swim 25 meters and tread water for 1 minute. Swimmers unable to perform these items will be required to wear a PFD in the deep end.

    This program is a medium to high intensity total body workout in shallow to shoulder deep water. Exercises in this class focus on both cardio and muscular fitness with the water helping to decrease the overall impact on joints.
