  1. Lane Swim

    July 31, 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM @ Pool

    Come on in and enjoy swimming lengths in our pool. If swimming lengths is not your passion, the lanes can be used for a variety of activities. From water running to water aerobics, we have equipment on-site you can use to meet your fitness goals.

  2. Drop In Shallow Aquafit

    July 31, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Pool

    This program is a medium to high intensity total body workout in shallow to shoulder deep water. Exercises in this class focus on both cardio and muscular fitness with the water helping to decrease the overall impact on joints.

  3. Toonie Lunch Climb

    July 31, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM @ Bouldering Wall & Courts

    Our Bouldering Wall is open for public drop-in to a max. of 14 participants on a first-come/first-serve basis. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult, to a ratio of 1 adult/4 children. Enjoy the same great activity at a reduced price!

  4. Family Swim

    July 31, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Pool

    An opportunity for families to play in the water. Children unaccompanied by an adult will not be admitted to this swim.

  5. Public Swim

    July 31, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Pool

    This is a fun swim; large toys will vary depending on season. All swimmers wanting to use the deep end must demonstrate competency to swim 25 meters and tread water for 1 minute. Swimmers unable to perform these items will be required to wear a PFD in the deep end.

  6. Family Swim

    July 31, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Pool

    An opportunity for families to play in a water environment. Children unaccompanied by an adult will not be admitted to this swim.

  7. Public Swim

    July 31, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Pool

    This is a fun swim; large toys will vary depending on season. All swimmers wanting to use the deep end must demonstrate competency to swim 25 meters and tread water for 1 minute. Swimmers unable to perform these items will be required to wear a PFD in the deep end.
